The festive period was a little different this year - but our 49's presenters managed to stay busy in a safe and socially distanced manner.

Since we last checked in with them, a new US president has been voted in (well, almost), a Covid-19 vaccine has been developed, and Britain officially left the EU with a deal - and those are just the headlines! It's fair to say a lot went down!

It appears more significant, excellent developments affecting our very own dedicated presenters were announced too to cap off what feels like a positive end to 2020.

Here's what our presenters have been getting up to...

Sophie Tozer

Let's kickstart with some phenomenal news for Sophie - she is expecting a baby! The ex-MUTV presenter posed with her healthy-looking bump for her Twitter followers back in December:

It's not stopping her from performing the excellent work she does with the 49's though. Ever on the job, she reminded her followers that the 49's draw on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day takes place earlier than usual. Here's hoping one lucky player got 2021 off to a fantastic start with some colossal winning 49's odds!

Kirstie Beckman

Kirstie Beckman spent her spare time with her family - taking advantage of the snow to go sledging!

She was on the job, too, though! She signed off 2020 with a classy message about her role on the 49's draw!

Harriet Muckle

Harriet was a busy bee over the festive period - teaming up with Sophie Tozer to close out 2020 with a bang. She was also able to land a rainbow draw - that's when all the balls are drawn in different colours! You can see what we mean below:

Emma Redman

Emma was also on 49's duty throughout the holidays - teaming up with her presenter pals to bring through the lucky numbers. She did have one slightly unrealistic request, though...we're not sure this one will fly, Emma!
